How
do I make a reservation? Reservations are made by calling our office at (480) 882-3087. We answer the phones 7
days a week. If we miss your call, please leave us a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
You can also submit a reservation request. Please remember this is only a REQUEST. Availability is not guaranteed and you DO NOT have a
reservation until you have been contacted by a representative of Celebration Bouncers to complete and confirm your reservation.
If you need immediate service, please call our office.
Do you require a deposit? At
this time, we do not require a deposit. When your reservation is made, we will mail you paperwork to confirm your reservation. If
you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as early as possible to allow us time to re-rent our equipment.
What is your delivery area? Our delivery area in the East Valley includes Queen
Creek (including San Tan/Johnson Ranch and the near-by Florence addresses), Gilbert, Chandler and most of Mesa.
Why are some of your items labelled "Licensed". Does this matter? "Licensed" lets you know that the
characters you see are the true beloved characters your children see in their favorite cartoons. They are approved by
the trademark owners, such as Disney or Nickelodeon. For example, there are a lot of "Princess" bouncers out
there. If they are not licensed by Disney, they are only knock-offs with look-alike princesses on them.
This practice infringes on the copyrights of the companies who create these wonderful characters and we do
not condone such practices. Your children love these specific characters; make sure they are getting the real ones!
Can you provide me with a
Certificate of Insurance? Absolutely! Many Corporate Events and City Parks require a Certificate of Insurance listing
them as an Additional Insured. We will provide one to you, if needed, at no additional charge.
Do you allow pick-ups? No, we do not. All of our equipment is delivered and set-up by our trained staff to ensure safe installation.
Do you allow overnight rentals? No.
Our agreement with our insurance company prohibits leaving items overnight. We will work with you on late pick-up times
to accomodate your event needs.
What if there is poor weather
(rain, lightning, strong winds)? In the case of inclement weather, Celebration Bouncers reserves the right to cancel a reservation at no cost
to Customer. Depending on availability, it may be possible to substitute other items that can be used indoors or under
cover (such as games and concessions) or reschedule for another date.
If there is a possibility of poor weather, Celebration Bouncers
will work with Customer to determine whether to continue with reservation, up to the point of setting up the equipment. Once
equipment has been set-up, payment will be due and no refunds will be given.
