RESERVATIONS AND DELIVERY:
1. Reservations are made by calling (480)
882-3087. Additional information may be obtained by calling or sending an email to info@celebrationbouncers.com.
2. We are always taking reservations. Try to place your reservation at least 2-3 weeks in advance. The sooner you reserve,
the better choice you will have. Last minute reservations will be taken if equipment is available; remember you will need
to be flexible with your choice.
3. Payment is due before or at time of delivery. Payment options include Cash, Visa
and Mastercard. We will also accept School or Corporate Checks. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks and
payment will be due immediately in CASH.
4. There is no charge for deliveries within our delivery area. Our delivery
area includes all Queen Creek addresses (including Johnson Ranch/San Tan areas), Chandler, Gilbert, and East Mesa.
Some items rented without an inflatable unit may incur a small delivery fee (see item descriptions).
5. For
the safety of our customers, Celebration Bouncers does not allow customer pick-ups. All equipment will be delivered, set-up
and removed by our staff. Our staff have been trained in the safe set-up and operation of all equipment.
6. In
the case of inclement weather, Celebration Bouncers reserves the right to cancel a reservation at no cost to Customer, with
the opportunity to reschedule. Depending on availability, it may be possible to substitute other items that can be used indoors,
such as games and concessions. If there is a possibility of poor weather, Celebration Bouncers will work with Customer
to determine whether to continue with reservation, up to the point of setting up the equipment. Once equipment has been set-up,
payment will be due and no refunds will be given.
 SET-UP REQUIREMENTS:
1. Driver has the right to refuse set-up if area is inappropriate or unsafe. 2. Bouncers can be set-up on almost any level surface: grass, concrete, even some types of rock.
Some units do have limitations on the set-up surface; please see item descriptions. We do not set-up on dirt or sand. 3. Inflatables should not be set-up near unfenced pools, lakes or other large
bodies of water.
4. The set-up site must be clear of any obstacles: sticks, stones, sharp objects, animal droppings.
There must be no overhanging trees or overhead power lines. All sprinkler systems should be turned off.
5. Bouncers
and Combos require at least 5 feet clearance around the sides. The entrance should face an open area. Please see unit
sizes on our item pages.
6. Inflatable units are staked down. Please be sure area is clear of underground
utilities and be able to tell Celebration Bouncers staff where sprinkler lines are located. Celebration Bouncers is not responsible
for damage to utilities/sprinkler lines caused by the staking down of inflatable units. It may be possible to use sand-bags
instead of stakes for some inflatables if needed - please discuss this with a representative at the time of reservation.
7. All inflatable items require a 110v outlet within 100 feet of equipment. This outlet must be used ONLY for the
inflatable unit, with NO OTHER items being plugged into the outlet.
8. For set-ups at Parks, you will need to contact
the appropriate municipal department. If power is not available at the park, a generator may be rented at an additional charge
or you may provide your own (certain requirements must be met). If City/Town requires proof of insurance or an "additional
insured" certificate, please let us know in advance so that we may obtain this information from our insurance carrier.
