Celebration Bouncers LLC is committed to the safety of our
customers. We are proud members of the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization (S.I.O.T.O.). We are the FIRST Arizona inflatable company to complete S.I.O.T.O. safety training. We follow all manufacturers
guidelines for set-up and maintenance of our equipment. We carry liability insurance. We not only clean, but also sanitize
our units after every rental. We do everything we can to ensure you have a clean, nice-looking, safely installed and maintained
rental unit. EVERY TIME.
Inflatable Units and other party rentals are very safe when provided by responsible companies
and properly supervised by the rental customers. Following are safety guidelines to be followed to provide a safe and fun
time for all participants:
| SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Driver has the right to refuse set-up if the area
is not appropriate or is unsafe. 2. Our
inflatable units are made with industry standard vinyls, fire retardant, safety/entrance ramps, emergency exits, and blowback
valves on blower units to slow deflation in emergency situations.
3. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
before each event. We use a cleaner/sanitizer which is commonly used in schools and hospitals to minimize cross contamination.
4. Customers will be trained in safe use and operation of equipment at the time of delivery, and will receive a written
copy of these instructions.
5. Inflatable units must NOT be used in severe weather conditions: winds exceeding
20 mph, lightning or rain. Please follow safety instructions provided at the time of your rental.
6. All equipment
must be attended by an adult. This attendant is responsible to ensure all safety instructions are followed AT ALL TIMES. Attendant
must understand that they control the ride and only they can ensure a safe and fun time for all participants.
7.
Only riders of similar age and size should be allowed on bouncers at one time. Inflatable units have maximun rider and weight
restrictions as follows:
13'x13' bouncer: ages 4-7: 6-8 riders ages 8-12: 4-6 riders ages
12+: 2-4 riders 800 lb. maximum weight capacity

top, one waiting to climb. Minimum height: 42 inches Maximum weight per person: 180 lbs.
THE RATED CAPACITY

8. Pregnant women, small children and infants, those with pre-existing injuries, and
others susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted on or in inflatable units at any time.
9. Riders must remove their shoes and any loose items such as glasses and jewelry. All pockets should be empty prior to
entering unit.
10. No food, drink, gum or canned spray string.
11. Attendant should place themselves
at front of unit, where they have ability to observe behavior in unit and are able to assist riders as they enter/exit the
ride.
12. Attendant must supervise the unit at all times. No rough-housing, flips, or climbing on netting or walls
is allowed. Anyone not obeying the rules after receiving a warning should be asked to leave the unit. This is important for
the safety of all riders.
13. Customer is responsible for any and all damage not caused by ordinary wear and tear.
Customer will be reponsible for additional cleaning fees if prohibited items are allowed on or in inflatable units; especially

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:
Emergencies can occur for various reasons. Following are some examples and how they should be handled. Remember these are
guides only. Please use common sense in any emergency situation.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: (Winds
exceeding 20 mph, lightning, rain)
1. Stay Calm! Riders will take their cue from you. Have riders exit in a calm
and orderly fashion.
2. After everyone has exited the ride, turn off blower and allow unit to deflate. Remove blower
to a dry, protected area.
3. Cover unit with tarp or fold unit over itself (in half) to protect inside of unit
from rain.
4. When conditions improve, re-attach blower to unit and allow to fully inflate before riders re-enter
unit. If unit is wet, attendant(s) should dry unit first. Never allow rider on a wet inflatable.
LOSS OF POWER OR DEFLATION:
1. Stay calm! You have ample time to assist
riders out of inflatable unit. Keep riders calm, as this situation may cause panic.
2. Immediately have all riders
sit down and stop bouncing. Help riders exit ride in a calm, orderly fashion.
3. Check to see if blower or power
cords have come unplugged.
4. If motor continues to run, check for blockage of the air intake screen on side of
blower. Also check that inflation tubes on back/side of unit are snug and tighten if necessary.
If these steps
correct the problem, fully re-inflate unit before allowing riders to resume use. Never allow anyone in or on a partially inflated
unit. If you are unable to correct the problem, please call our office at (480) 882-3087.
